We have updated the procedure we use for online scheduling.  You are no longer required to prepay with a credit card.  To request an appointment time, you may do so by emailing your appointment request to customercare@19thstsalonspa.com.
Let us know in your request the following information: 
your name,
your email address,
phone #, service  and provider (optional) that you are requesting,
a couple of days and times that works best for you.   We will schedule it for you and let you know your scheduled time in a reply to your email.
