19th St. Salon & Spa professionals are in great demand. We respectfully ask that you honor your commitment for your scheduled appointment. We realize that life happens, but please help us, and others wanting that appointment time, to give us at least 24 hours notice. No shows and cancellations without 24 hours notice will result in being charged for that service. We appreciate your understanding that our salonspa professionals work on a commissioned basis and their livelihood is greatly affected when they don't have your expected appointment.
We would so appreciate it if you could arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know that you are in route. If you are 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule so that the next scheduled appointment can start on their scheduled time.
Children should not be in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Children should be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Children are not allowed in our 2nd floor spa or on the stairway leading to the spa area. This is for the children's safety and to keep a quite atmosphere that our spa clients deserve. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Gratuities are not included when paying for your services. Gratuities are not included in any gift certificate. If you would like to add a gratuity to your payment, please let us know before payment is finalized.
Cell phones are requested to be on vibrate or off anywhere in the salonspa. Please help us keep this relaxed, quite atmosphere.
